How we use information

Service providers

We use Google Firebase (Authentication and the Firestore database) to store account and progress data on our behalf, and Apple to process purchases and subscriptions. They act as our processors under their own terms: Firebase · Apple.

Children & young people

AceGCSE is designed for GCSE students (typically aged 14–16). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, please use the app with a parent or guardian's involvement. Parents/guardians may contact us to access or delete a child's data.

Your rights

Under UK/EU data protection law you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to certain processing. You can delete your account and associated data at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account), or contact us at aerion.labs@gmail.com.

Data retention & security

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request or account deletion. Data is stored on Google's secure infrastructure with access restricted to the app's backend. Some processing may take place outside the UK, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
