Practice apps should make you better at exams.

AceGCSE started life as an iOS app: a private revision tool for one student, with a question bank we'd hand-audited topic by topic.

The thing that surprised us, after a few months of using it, is how few practice apps actually optimise for the only thing that matters in GCSE: doing enough hard questions on the topics you're weakest at, with explanations you can learn from. Most apps optimise for time-in-app instead — streaks, gems, leaderboards.

So we built this. Same question bank, same approach, now on the web and Android too. Free for everyone, with an optional Plus tier on mobile for adaptive practice and cross-device sync.
