Delete your account

You can request deletion of your GCSE Learn / AceGCSE account and associated app data at any time.

How to request deletion

Email us from the address linked to your account, or include the email address used for sign-in.

What we delete

• Your Firebase account record.
• Your stored profile details, such as display name and email.
• Your associated entitlement, redemption and account data in our database.
• Any support or question-report data linked to your account, where we can identify it.

What may remain

Payment records are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your card details. You may need to manage or cancel subscriptions directly through Apple or Google Play.

Timing

We normally process deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask for information needed to verify the account before deleting data.
